Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt no added sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream optional – for a thinner consistency
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Celtic salt
  • 1/2 tsp chives
  • 1/2 tsp dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method

  1. 1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and sour cream.

  3. 3. Stir in the lemon juice and Celtic salt.
  4. 4. Add all the spices – chives, dill weed, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  5. 5. Mix everything together until smooth and well combined.
  6. 6. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
  7. 7. Transfer the dressing to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Store your Runza Ranch Dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Stir well before each use. Since it’s a cold dressing, no reheating is necessary – just serve chilled.
