- 1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and sour cream.
- 2. Add the heavy whipping cream if you prefer a thinner dressing. Skip this step for a thicker, dip-like texture.
- 3. Stir in the lemon juice and Celtic salt.
- 4. Add all the spices – chives, dill weed, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- 5. Mix everything together until smooth and well combined.
- 6. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
- 7. Transfer the dressing to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
