Smoothie King Gladiator Recipe

5 from 1 vote
Bringing the flavors of Smoothie King right into your kitchen has never been easier. The Gladiator smoothie is one of their most popular options because it’s packed with protein, customizable with your favorite fruits, and has a smooth, creamy texture that feels like a treat while still being nutritious.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Gladiator Vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
  • ½ – 1 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup milk or water for a lighter version
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Method

  1. Start by setting up your blender. A high-speed blender works best for this recipe because it ensures a smooth, creamy texture without leaving chunks of ice or fruit behind.
  2. Scoop one serving of Gladiator Vanilla protein powder into the blender first. Adding it at the bottom helps it blend evenly with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Next, add your fresh or frozen fruit. Start with one cup of blueberries, then add one cup of pineapple chunks, followed by about half to one cup of strawberries. This fruit trio gives the smoothie its refreshing, tangy-sweet flavor.
  4. Add one cup of milk for creaminess. If you prefer a lighter smoothie, you can substitute water instead. This liquid will help the ingredients blend smoothly together.
  5. Top everything off with one cup of ice cubes. Ice is key to giving your smoothie a frosty, thick consistency, just like the original Smoothie King version.
  6. Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until smooth. Taste and adjust-add more milk if you want it thinner, or more ice for a thicker finish. Pour into a large cup and enjoy immediately!

Notes

Smoothies are best enjoyed fresh, but you can refrigerate leftovers in a sealed jar for up to 24 hours. Give it a good shake before drinking, or re-blend with a little ice to restore freshness.
